This month's roast: Huila, Colombia
Caramel and red apple, from a family farm at 1,750 metres.
We have roasted this lot a little lighter than last year to keep the fruit. Expect caramel up front, red apple in the finish, and a cup that stays sweet as it cools.
It works as espresso and filter; we serve it as the filter of the week all month.
